Customers must provide a complete address, active phone number, city, and nearby landmark. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, public holidays, weather, remote locations, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. A new delivery fee may apply if an order is returned because the customer refused delivery, was unavailable, or provided incorrect information.
