Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Khelology accepts return and exchange requests within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The product must be unused, complete, and returned in its original condition with all pieces and packaging. Customers must first contact us for approval and then send the product to our return address.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

• The full product amount will be refunded.
• The original Rs 200 delivery fee is non-refundable.
• The refund will be transferred within 2–3 working days.
• Return courier charges will be paid by the customer unless an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete product was delivered by Khelology.

For exchanges, the original product must first reach our address. Once approved, the replacement product will normally be delivered within 3–4 working days, subject to stock and courier operations.

Products with missing pieces, customer-caused damage, signs of use, or return requests submitted after seven days will not be accepted.
